Coco Rawnola Recipe [Raw + Granola]

Coco+Rawnola Recipe


  • 2 oz. Package of Cooking Dates (already chopped)
    3 Cups Dates (chopped until fine and sticky)
  • 1 Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Cup Coconut Shreds
  • 2 Cup Mulberries or Oats


  1. Finely chop dates.
  2. Sprinkle all ingredients on top of dates.
  3. Chop entire mixture until clumpy like granola.
  4. If too sticky, add more mulberries or oats (some dates are juicier than others).

Mulberries, really? I thought those were weeds. We always chopped them down to keep your car free of purple bird poo. I didn’t know they were safe to eat.
