ICKB Girls
ICKB GIRLS are a team of four women dedicated to the art of kettlebell lifting and the spirit of competition. They come from various backgrounds and ages, united in their passion for the sport. I would love to read more about your passion and see you in action. Where is this possible? We use kettle bells at our gym and love the challenge of the lift.

Thierry, Kathleen, and Jamie,
Thank you for your support this summer. We’re headed to the WKC Championship in Chicago this weekend. Please email me if you live in the area Jamie. It should be a great event. I will be posting updates on the Ice Chamber blog, but there will also be some exciting new videos and stories about our Kettlebell Sport experiences on the Chi blog here this month. Stay tuned!
