To walk you through it, in the last four-week block, workouts can follow the same order as in the previous two, but should be done either very easy or at race intensity. (E.g., warm up, 2 x 20 min. riding at race pace w/5 min. easy between, cool down.) In the week before the race, do progressively shorter workouts but do keep a little intensity in.
