and I thought my urge to purge all household clutter every fall was just my old habit of fall cleaning started by my grandmother! It’s actually related to getting rid of things I no longer have use for! would someone tell my family, because they are apparently way out of touch with their chi- they want to save all sorts of stuff they never use. I love the feeling of clearing space and discovering how little I really need to be comfortable in my space.

The quote “…take action now by letting go of people, places and things that no longer serve you.” really spoke to me. I just had to let go of a 15+year friendship, and although it feels heartwrenching, it also feels time to let go. This just reminded me that it’s not necessarily a horrible thing. I will always cherish the wonderful times/experiences we shared over many years!

While talking to some girlfriends, I realized I was not the only one feeling the change of the season. I realized I was holding on to the summer pace, and not finishing up loose ends started months ago. I love your advice, it justifies my feelings but gives me a direction to go!
