Sculpt with SISSFiT: 8-Minute Abs

The 8-Minute Ab Workout
- 4 Exercises, 4 Rounds, :30 Seconds per exercise
- Equipment: Exercise Mat
Plank Hop-ins
Step 1: Begin in a high plank position
Step 2: Keeping your core engaged the entire time, hop your feet in just behind your hands.
Step 3: Hop your feet back out to a high plank position.
Step 4: Repeat
Plank Dips – Right Side
Step 1: Begin in a forearm plank on your right side with your shoulder stacked directly above your elbow.
Step 2: Keeping your hips stacked, and your core engaged, slowly drop your right hip to hover an inch above your mat.
Step 3: Slowly lift your hips back to your starting position and repeat.
Plank Dips – Left Side
Step 1: Begin in a forearm plank on your left side with your shoulder stacked direcly above your elbow.
Step 2: Keeping your hips stacked, and your core engaged, slowly drop your left hip to hover an inch above your mat.
Step 3: Slowly lift your hips back to your starting position and repeat.
Toe Touch Crunches
Step 1: Begin lying on your back with your legs extended to the sky.
Step 2: Keeping your lower back pressed into your mat, peel both of your shoulders off of your mat as you reach your fingertips to your feet.
Step 3: Slowly lower back to your starting position, keeping your core engaged, and repeat.
