When it comes to making a smoothie, it can feel overwhelming at times…
What do I even put in it? Do I have to clean the blender by hand afterwards? Can my kids drink it, too? What started out as a good idea suddenly feels like a lot of work…aaand now I’m late. Sound familiar?
But not to worry, making a nourishing smoothie doesn’t have to be complicated. In just 3 ingredients or less, you can be out the door in 5 minutes flat with this simple, go-to recipe.
To make, just blend the following:
- 1 cup liquid: milk, almond milk, coconut milk, water, etc
- ½ – 1 cup frozen fruit: banana, peaches, pears, etc
- 1 scoop Olly smoothie protein powder
When you’re done, simply add a drop of soap and a few cups of water to your blender and blend. Easy clean up without all the dirty work. Try using mason jars with lids or to-go cups to make your smoothies portable and easy to take on-the-go.
