This latest workout has us dancing our way to the abs of our dreams. Lead by NYC DanceBody trainer, Katia Pryce, you’ll get moving with an ab-activating warm-up and heartrate-rocketing routine, in six minutes flat.

While the workout itself is broken into two parts—the first half is low-impact and the second half high-impact, to ramp up your heart rate for maximum burn—the entire sequence is designed to give you the strong and active core that only dancing can create.
