Meet the Holistic Health Master: Koya Webb

This week we’re chatting it up with Koya Webb, a Holistic Health Coach & Acroyoga Instructor.

Q: Describe what Acroyoga is, for those who don’t know.

A: AcroYoga is a dynamic partner practice that blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of healing arts.

These three lineages of Acroyoga form the foundation of a partner practice that cultivates trust, playfulness, and community.

Q: What do you think the single most important choice is that people can make in regard to their health?

A: The most important choice people can make regarding their health is self love and learning to take care of and strengthen their mind, body and soul.

Q: You’re on a raw, plant-based diet. What are some of your favorite power foods?

A: My favorite power foods are quinoa lentils and chickpeas. I also love mulberries and dried mango to snack on.

Q: Is there a woman or group of women who inspire you, and why?

A: Oprah inspires me because regardless of the hardships and struggles she faces, she maintains her focus, power, and mission in life.
