New Yorker Dagmara Lometti has fitness in her blood: her dad was a professional soccer player and her mom was a competitive swimmer. Even so, it wasn’t until she found a group of like-minded women at Barry’s Bootcamp that she realized she wanted to become an instructor there.
“It’s high-intensity, but it’s a team environment,” Lometti says about Barry’s. “[A group of us] started coming every day, and challenged each other to run faster and lift heavier, just making ourselves be better.”
Now, as a popular Barry’s instructor, Lometti inspires other women who are looking for a challenge.
“You feed off of each other’s energy and basically just better yourselves.”
