A Book Tour with Lauren Imparato: Author of RETOX

Lauren Imparato, our good friend, yogini and founder of I.AM.YOU Studio in NYC has just written an amazing book called RETOX: Yoga, Food, Attitude.

What is RETOX?

RETOX is a practice of abandoning practices that haven’t worked or are unrealistic. Unlike a DETOX, you don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars on juice and spices, let alone hours in the kitchen. In this book, Lauren teaches new, realistic ways to help you realize your full potential and be your best healthy self.
